Yes! Perfume bottle can be engraved. Especially bottles with flat surfaces that have sufficient space for some short words, names and small scale images.
The most complicated one I’ve done so far is engraving a Tommy Girl perfume bottle. The bottle has a triangular shape but with 6 sides. Have a look at the photos and you’ll see what I mean. Anyway the request was to have one side with the recipient’s name, the other side was to have a small picture and in between that, the date. This request was complicated as the bottle is quite small, less than 10 cm tall and due to the angles of the sides, multiple sessions were necessary to engrave each part.
